To whom this may Concern;
My association with South West Hazard has been on going for several years now. It has been my pleasure to have been able to work with SWHC since 2000 on several projects with the San Bruno Park School District and here in the Jefferson Union High School District. These projects have included several different types of structures and modernizations of a variety of building types, many extremely difficult structures to work with. They have included:
  • Single story wooden structures abatement of multiple finishes
  • Multiply story wooden & Steel structures abatement of multiple finishes
  • Steel structures lead abatement
  • Global encasement of lead based paint over wooden structures
  • Demolition
  • • Hazmat removal of various products
As you can see from the variety of types of structures and construction, SWHC is well versed in the various methods and trades involved in a good cross section of construction projects. This cross section of expertise is rare, as most organizations do not have this type of experience. They work well with DSA IOR’s and the competent Person employed by the district to monitor and report. Additionally they coordinate well with other contractors keeping the projects on time and within budget. This fact alone is critical to the success of any project and one of the key reasons why we continue to utilize their services time and time again.The Key to being a good contractor is being able to keep the job moving and maintaining quality control while you are doing it. This along with responsive interaction, foresight, good communication skills and common sense develop successful projects. There quick responsiveness to on site discoveries and the issues they create is both proactive and reasonable. South West Hazard Control has these qualities. I highly recommend them for any project you may be considering.

To Whom It May Concern
            I am writing this letter as a recommendation of Southwest Hazard Control. This company and their personnel performed their abatement procedures on a project we did at Luke AFB in Glendale, Arizona. The SHC personnel exhibited an extremely professional attitude not only with our verbal dealings with them but also their work ethics. I would highly recommend SHC to perform any ACM abatement projects that you may have and we will definitely use them again when the situation arises.
